Intelligent Horsemanship (IH) and an Injection of Science....The Winning Combination

 In the world of equine research, scientific study is often lacking and slow to progress due primarily to the lack of funding. Without funding you have no facilities, no horses no students and hence no projects. More often than not great ideas dreamt up at a moment’s inspiration are soon put to rest in the graveyard that is equine science. Intelligent Horsemanship (IH) in conjunction with Veronica Fowler, are striving to change this common sequence of events by combining an injection of science into the horse psychology projects which are undertaken as part of the stage two course. Utilising her wealth of scientific experience, Veronica works work within the aims of IH in coaching stage two students, providing them with clear and simple advice on how to conduct their studies.  The introduction of scientific methodology into these studies enables projects to be considered for publication in peer reviewed journals and/or books. This transfer of knowledge from IH students into the public domain will enable the equine industry to step not only into the present but to stroll confidentially into the future, ultimately improving the welfare of horses all over the world.
